Inspired by Bird Wall Hanging Mixed Media Tutorial

I had some fun using a Video from Tiffany from Southern Gals Design for inspiration, she did a whimy bird wall hanging that was ADORABLE and since I had some plaques collecting dust I decided to do one in my style!
